About the Author

Ana Quinones is a writer who transforms lived experience into words that speak to the parts
of us we don’t always know how to name. Her work is rooted in truth, healing, and the quiet
strength it takes to unlearn what we were never meant to carry.

Growing up without clear examples of healthy love and belonging, Ana began writing as a
way to process, understand, and reclaim her story. What started as a personal outlet
became something more, a voice for those who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or left
to figure life out on their own.

Through her writing, Ana explores themes of self-worth, emotional resilience, healing from
abandonment, and redefining love on your own terms. Her debut work, Somebody Should
Have Told Me, is a collection of reflections, truths, and lessons she wishes she had heard
sooner.

When she’s not writing, Ana is deeply committed to mental health awareness and personal
growth, drawing from both her professional experiences and her own journey. Her mission is
simple: to create the kind of words that make people feel seen, understood, and a little less
alone.
